Shipping policy

After you order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, wrapped and shipped. Velavida Candle Company ships via USPS, FedEx or UPS. All orders include shipping and under normal circumstances will take 4-5 days from date of placed order.

 Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Velavida Candle order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, and third party products.
